CUSTOMER RIGHTS
EYTAY.COM.TR CUSTOMER RIGHTS
All rules, principles, and practices set out in this document are valid provided they do not conflict with the provisions stated in the “Product Return and Refund Policy” and the “Distance Sales Agreement.”
Ey-Tay Textile is committed to continuously improving the quality of services it provides to its customers. To ensure this, it conducts internal audit activities without interruption.
At the same time, it considers it a responsibility to raise awareness among its customers in line with the principles outlined below.
Consumer Rights
Products purchased from us will be delivered to you with the following guarantees:

The product quality must be satisfactory. Products deemed defective due to manufacturing faults will be replaced free of charge.

Products will be suitable for their intended purpose. Their nature, content, and features will be as declared by the manufacturer.
If the product you purchased fails to meet these two conditions, it is considered defective. In such cases, you are entitled to the following rights:
a. Repair
b. Replacement
These rights are valid for all products purchased through eytay.com.tr, provided they do not conflict with the rules and circumstances outlined in the “Product Return and Refund Policy” and the “Distance Sales Agreement.” Otherwise, Ey-Tay Textile will pursue your rights directly with the manufacturer.
If Ey-Tay Textile informs you that a product or group of products is of second quality or defective, and you still choose to purchase it, you cannot later return or request an exchange for that product.
For products offered in discounts, campaigns, or special promotions, exchanges or cash refunds cannot be made in the event of defects. However, the product amount will be credited to your account and deducted from your next order. For customers who do not place an order within 6 months, the remaining credit balance and Ey-Tay Textile Points in their account will be deleted, and no claims will be accepted thereafter.
Product Prices and Your Rights
When purchasing products through eytay.com.tr, apart from the product price and the costs related to your chosen payment, shipping, and export method, no additional fees will be charged. The final “Total Amount” you see at the Payment screen is the amount you pay.
If the same product later appears with a discounted or promotional price, no claims can be made regarding the difference.
Your Rights in Shipping and Export Procedures
Ey-Tay Textile coordinates the relationship between the courier company and you, our valued customer. You are free to choose the shipping company you wish to work with.
Regarding delivery times, eytay.com.tr’s responsibility ends once the product is handed over to the shipping company. Ey-Tay Textile does not accept responsibility for delays, export issues, or damage that may occur during transport due to the shipping company.
However, if you encounter problems with your chosen shipping company, please notify us immediately. We will be happy to assist you and pursue your rights on your behalf.
