PRODUCT RETURN AND REFUND TERMS

Please read this document carefully. It contains your rights, obligations, and important information regarding the return of products purchased through this website.


Parties

Buyer: Customers of Ey-Tay Textile who have an active membership on www.eytay.com.tr and have made purchases through the website.


Product Exchange Conditions

Product exchange requests for items purchased from Ey-Tay Textile are valid only if a defective product has been sold and are limited to stock availability.

The exchange request must be made within 2 (two) business days following the delivery of your order and under the conditions specified in the section titled “Conditions Required for Returned Products.”
If the product is not in stock, an exchange cannot be processed, and the product price will be credited to your account.


Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 7 (seven) days from the delivery of the product(s) to the person/institution at the address provided during website membership.

To exercise this right, notification must be sent within 7 (seven) days to eytay@eytaytriko.com, and the product must be unused and in unopened packaging.

If this right is exercised, the original invoice related to the product delivered to the Buyer or a third party must also be returned. The product must be returned to the Seller within 7 (seven) days following the withdrawal notice. Within the same period, after a damage inspection, the process will proceed in accordance with the “Return Process Steps.”


Reasons for Return Other Than Right of Withdrawal

Ey-Tay Textile prioritizes customer satisfaction.

Within 2 (two) business days following the delivery of your order, you may return damaged, incorrect, or incomplete products if the following conditions are met.

If you claim that your order contains damaged products, it is important to report this within 2 (two) business days. Otherwise, it will be assumed that the product was not shipped damaged by Ey-Tay Textile.
This process will be applied in accordance with the rules stated in the “Conditions Required for Returned Products” and “Refunds” sections of this document.


Conditions Required for Returned Products

  • The product package must be undamaged, unused, and free of damage caused by misuse.

  • All accessories, carrying cases, special packaging materials, labels, and Ey-Tay Textile product barcodes must be returned undamaged and complete with the product.

  • If your order is delivered by UPS, DHL, Aramex, or FedEx, you must open the package in the presence of the courier and check the product. This is especially important in the case of crushed, torn, opened, or wet packages. In unexpected situations, if you encounter a problematic product, you must refuse delivery, have a report prepared by the courier, and ensure that the shipment is returned to us. This condition also applies to buyers using their own private shipping companies.

  • Buyers who use their own private shipping company are responsible for damages caused by these carriers, as well as all costs related to the transportation of the return and the refund process.


Refunds

  • Depending on your bank, it may take several days for your refund to appear in your account or on your credit card.

  • Ey-Tay Textile cannot be held responsible for when the refund will be reflected in the Buyer’s account by the relevant payment system. The legal responsibility of Ey-Tay Textile is the date on which it issues the refund order to the payment system.

  • In case of delays, you can obtain detailed information from your bank using the Refund Transaction Number included in the confirmation email we send.

  • If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and any other legal charges cannot be refunded.

  • Export, delivery, shipping costs, bank charges, and commission fees of other payment systems related to the refund shall be borne by the Buyer.


Return Process Steps

  1. The customer may request a return within 7 days, limited to the conditions described above.

  2. The reasons for the return request and product photos must be reported in detail via email to eytay@eytaytriko.com.

  3. During the return process, the E-Commerce Customer Relations Department may contact the Buyer by phone. Therefore, the Buyer must provide an accessible phone number.

  4. Ey-Tay Textile will conduct a preliminary review of the return request. This evaluation is detailed in the “Conditions Required for Returned Products” section of this document.

  5. The result of the evaluation will be communicated in writing to the customer’s email address.

  6. Products approved for return must be sent by the Buyer, with all related costs borne by them, together with a return invoice, to the Ey-Tay Textile Return Address or delivered in person. The rules outlined in the “Refunds” section of this document will apply.

  7. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the “Refunds” section of this document.
